We are thrilled to have been announced the winner of the Residential Agency (Small) and Residential Property Management (Rebecca Kleiner) awards at the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales Excellence Awards 2013.
Beating a pool of three other finalists in each category, Hart was the only eastern suburbs residential agency or agent to be named a winner on the night and won in both the highly competitive categories in which it was a finalist.
The awards, held annually, celebrate the outstanding achievements of real estate professionals throughout New South Wales. Nominations in each category are judged by a panel of independent industry experts, and winners set the benchmark for professional standards, service, and innovation in their specialist fields.
Agency Principal, Alex Hart, is excited by the awards and very proud of the Hart team. “We continually strive to provide the best real estate services possible, in both sales and property management. Our clients know that we do a great job, and that’s the main thing, but it’s great to have our expertise officially recognised by independent experts.”
Alex is particularly pleased that Hart Estate Agent’s Head of Property Management, Rebecca Kleiner, has been separately recognised in the competitive category of Residential Property Management. “Rebecca is a fantastic property manager – experienced, hardworking, and completely committed to her clients. She is a well deserving winner.”
Rebecca says that she is honoured to have won the award. “I have been working in property management for over 13 years. I love what I do and I always do my best for my clients. It’s great to receive this recognition.”
