Randwick real estate brings excellent price at auction

We had a great auction on Tuesday night, with all three properties bringing excellent results.

29 Captain Pipers Road, Vaucluse – a fantastic piece of land – sold prior to auction.

The other two properties – 7/32-34 The Avenue, Rose Bay and 1/30 Figtree Avenue, Randwick – sold under the hammer.

State of the market

If you’re a market watcher, you’ll have seen much talk about the strengthening Sydney sales market, with some even heralding a new boom. Fairfax media, in particular, publishes articles almost daily talking up the Sydney market and making much of changes to visa regulations that ease immigration to Australia for wealthy foreigners.
