Talia works closely with our property managers to ensure that an excellent tenant is found for every property. This involves recognising your property's unique characteristics and marketing them effectively, meeting prospective tenants and walking them through your property, and thorough reference checking - to find the right tenant for your property each and every time.

Talia is perfectly suited to her role. She is a highly experienced leasing specialist, having worked for over two years leasing properties throughout Sydney's eastern suburbs. Her knowledge and skills are broad - she has leased properties in all price ranges, and has experience with both furnished and unfurnished properties.

Importantly, Talia enjoys meeting people. She is friendly, outgoing, and supremely efficient. She genuinely enjoys helping her clients to achieve the best possible outcome for their property, and assisting prospective tenants to find a new home. She has a feel for people, and excellent judgment based on experience. These are all essential qualities of an effective leasing manager.
