Randwick real estate brings excellent price at auction

We had a great auction on Tuesday night, with all three properties bringing excellent results.

29 Captain Pipers Road, Vaucluse – a fantastic piece of land – sold prior to auction.

The other two properties – 7/32-34 The Avenue, Rose Bay and 1/30 Figtree Avenue, Randwick – sold under the hammer.

The standout on the night was Figtree Avenue. There were 12 registered bidders, and competition was fierce, with the successful purchaser paying $786,000 for the unrenovated 3 bedroom apartment. This is a higher price than that recently paid for a renovated apartment in the same block.

We are experiencing strong demand and excellent auction results at present, with the Waverley/Randwick area performing particularly well.
